Set up, implement, and train project teams on Management/Construction Information Systems. Analyse, upload, and maintain project data across key systems, including quantities, planning, accounting, and standard libraries. Keep project data updated from engineering databases, subcontractors, and site sources. Issue periodic progress, productivity, and statistical reports from the systems. Verify data quality, consistency, and compliance with project standards, procedures, and requirements.
Coordinate with technical departments to collect and align updated engineering information. Support site reporting by entering manhours, monitoring construction efficiency, and assisting Quality and Warehouse teams with accurate quality and material data. Ensure correct use of project and mechanical information systems, including spooling, welding, and material traceability tools. Drive continuous improvement and, when required, coordinate Integrated System Specialists across multiple systems.
