Payroll Admin

The Role

This is a focused, hands-on payroll role sitting within an established HR Operations team. You will act as a key operator in managing 1,300 employees across 5 monthly payrolls covering both the UK & Republic of Ireland (ROI). We are looking for an experienced professional to support with Business As Usual (BAU) operations to ensure seamless and accurate delivery. This is a temporary contract running until Christmas.

What We Offer

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 pro-rata (depending on experience)
Working Style: 5 days per week on-site presence

Key Responsibilities

Support with day-to-day BAU payroll operations.
Manage and process monthly payroll cycles for 1,300 headcount across 5 entities.
Handle payroll data entries, validations, and processing for both UK and ROI jurisdictions.
Troubleshoot calculations and respond efficiently to internal payroll queries.

About You

Experience:

Strong, provable background running high-volume UK and Republic of Ireland payrolls.
Systems:
Proficient user of Sage or Dayforce payroll software.
Availability:
Immediate or short notice availability to commit fully until Christmas.
