The Customer Service Centre Team Leader will deliver an excellent customer focused service, leading a high performing team of Customer Services Advisors and support the Services Delivery Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining systems and processes that deliver a superior customer contact experience
Radius Housing provides quality and affordable social housing in over 80 towns and cities throughout Northern Ireland. We provide a range of services, from sheltered housing for the over 55’s and general needs housing for families and single people, as well as specialist care and support facilities for the frail, elderly, people with dementia and learning disabilities and other complex needs.

Qualifications- A level six qualification (e.g. Bachelor’s Degree, Graduate diploma) or above with 1 year’s relevant experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (gained in the last 5 years) working in a telephone based customer service role dealing with incoming and outgoing calls and delivering results in a performance/target driven environment.
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience of leading a team (between 5 to 10 staff) to deliver results in a performance/target driven environment.
- Excellent level of IT literacy with demonstrable knowledge and use of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Word and Excel to analyse data and present reports.
- Experience of implementing safe working practices within a call handling environment.
