Working closely with the Head of Finance, you'll develop a deep understanding of the division's commercial and operational drivers, providing insight and challenge to support improved business performance. The role will involve:
Budgeting, forecasting & long-term planning Revenue, margin & profitability analysis Pricing & investment decision making Client and practice-area profitability Utilisation & KPI performance Working capital & cash conversion Financial modelling & scenario analysis Business cases and strategic decision support Reporting, governance & process improvement Transformation and wider change initiatives The successful applicant: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A experience within professional services Confident influencing senior stakeholders including across an international remit Ability to build financial models with scenario analysis Drives commercial decision-making and can present informed business cases Exposure to finance transformation and process improvements You'll be joining a high-performing Finance team within a well-established international business, with genuine exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence the performance and future direction of a key division.
