Legal Graduate

We're delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading local organisation, providing alternative legal services. Due to growth, the team are looking to recruit a Legal Graduate on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an outstanding opportunity for recent law graduates who are looking to begin their career in commercial and financial law within a dynamic, innovative environment. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting global clients on complex legal and financial documentation, developing specialist expertise that bridges law, regulation, and financial services.

• Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of key financial and trading documentation such as ISDA Master Agreements, Global Master Repurchase Agreements, and other derivatives contracts under supervision.

• Develop an understanding of the regulatory and compliance frameworks that govern capital markets and financial documentation.

• Work closely with international clients and senior negotiators to support transactions and resolve documentation issues.

• Identify potential legal or operational risks and escalate appropriately to senior colleagues.

• Maintain accurate records, contribute to internal databases, and support process improvement initiatives across the legal services team.

• A law graduate (LLB, LLM, or equivalent) with a strong academic record.

• A genuine interest in commercial, financial, or capital markets law.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build professional client relationships.

• Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.

• Keen to develop a career within the alternative legal services and financial documentation sector.
