Customer Delivery Driver - Knocknagoney Rd Extra

Availability Window

• Sunday: 18:00 to 22:00
• Tuesday: 19:00 to 23:00
• Thursday: 19:00 to 23:00
• Friday: 18:00 to 22:00

Pay rate starts from £14.18 an hour. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

Minimum guaranteed hours: 16 per week, with flexible options down to 12 hours.

• Ensure van and trays are clean and organized.
• Maintain the back yard tidy and rid of rubbish.
• Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
• Load van, check roadworthiness, and prepare for delivery.
• Communicate with customers about changes, substitutions or refunds.
• Handle products with care, treating them as your own.
• Deliver within the scheduled time slots.
• Contact customers before arriving if early; call the store if running 30+ minutes late.
• Build team spirit with colleagues and foster a welcoming environment.
• Respond quickly to changing customer needs and adapt to new situations.
• Share improvement ideas with managers and peers.

• A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (Full or Automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
• Physical fitness to lift and move goods safely.
