The Deputy Store Manager will manage and develop the shop team, raise funds to support Oxfam’s work worldwide, and promote Oxfam’s values.

• Proven track record of supervising and motivating a diverse retail team
• Experience in a retail environment with a strong customer service focus and hands‑on approach
• Right to work in Northern Ireland / UK
