You will facilitate the discovery and definition of project goals, lead agile ceremonies, foster continuous improvement, and ensure delivery aligns with organisational standards and customer needs. Specialising in AI-enabled transformations

What

will you be doing?
  • Leading the Discovery Phase to establish project scope, objectives, risks, constraints, and high-level timelines.
  • Developing and maintain project plans
    , milestones, resource allocations, and risk logs.
  • Closely collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, align expectations, and ensure a shared understanding of desired outcomes.
  • Identifying opportunities to refine processes, improve team dynamics, and enhance delivery outcomes.
  • Promoting an environment of collaboration, transparency and high-quality communication.
  • Championing agile ways of working and help mature agile capability across the organisation.
  • Building strong, positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
What are they looking for?
  • Proven experience working inan agile project environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead discovery or early-phase project activities.
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., designers, developers, product owners, analysts).
  • Experience supporting teams through the full agile delivery lifecycle.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Warm, friendly, and collaborative working style with a focus on team empowerment.
