Stryker Corporation is seeking an Onsite Supervisor for our Belfast-area operations. You will lead a production operations team in a highly regulated Class 3 medical device environment, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets while fostering continuous improvement and structured change initiatives across the site.
You will partner with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR and Finance, while planning resources, coaching staff, and managing performance. Travel up to 10% is required.
