German Speaking Business Development Executive

Your New Company A market-leading international brand within the arboriculture and forestry sector is seeking a fluent German-speaking Business Development Executive to strengthen relationships with end users across the German market. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building brand loyalty, gathering market intelligence, and developing meaningful connections within a highly specialised industry. Your New Role As a German-speaking Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for engaging directly with the forestry and arboriculture community throughout Germany.

Through a combination of telemarketing, social media engagement, market research and relationship-building activities, you will drive consumer engagement and strengthen the brand's presence within the sector. Your responsibilities will include:
Consumer Engagement & Brand Development Develop and manage engagement platforms to connect with end users. Build strong relationships with the German forestry and arboriculture community. Create strategies that drive customer loyalty and long-term brand advocacy. Act as a key point of contact for consumer interactions across multiple channels. Market Research & Consumer Insights Gain a thorough understanding of purchasing behaviours and product preferences within the German market.

Engage with a significant proportion of end users to gather valuable market intelligence. Analyse consumer trends and identify opportunities to strengthen market position. Monitor competitor activity and emerging industry developments. Database & Relationship Management Build and maintain an accurate database of industry contacts. Capture and update market intelligence and customer insights. Develop long-term relationships through regular communication and engagement. Loyalty Programmes & Promotional Campaigns Design and implement customer loyalty initiatives.

Create incentive programmes to attract new users and reward existing customers. Support targeted campaigns aimed at increasing product adoption and brand awareness. Social Media & Community Engagement Manage interactions across relevant social media platforms. Identify potential customers and industry influencers for targeted engagement. Respond to consumer enquiries and support online community development. Merchandising & Marketing Support Coordinate the distribution of promotional merchandise and marketing materials.

Support campaigns focused on both end users and distributor networks. Assist with initiatives designed to increase consumer engagement and product visibility. What You'll Need to Succeed Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken. Proven experience in business development, customer engagement, sales, marketing or a related role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organisational and database management abilities.

Experience using social media platforms for business engagement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret market data. Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working independently. Creative approach to customer engagement, loyalty programmes and promotional activities.
