Customer Advisor
Pay rates ranging from £11.00 - £12.60 per hour depending on your age & great benefits.

Full-time position available at 42.5 hours, working within Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to Midnight, with full flexibility required.

Part-time position available at 16 hours, working evenings 4pm to Midnight and Weekends 6am to 3pm, some flexibility may be required.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to:
  • Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
  • Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Working within a range of departments including Fresh and Produce, ensuring that stock is replenished on a daily basis while complying with the company stock rotation process.
  • Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
  • Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
  • To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
  • You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
  • Any other duties as required for the role.

Working Hours
