Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but you can also work fewer hours (minimum 12).

We will schedule your contracted hours within the windows above and give you a three‑week notice of when your shifts will be. We support flexibility; if your availability closely matches our windows, we’d love to hear from you.
