Job Overview

Position:
Shift Lead – Keyholder role.

Contract:

Permanent.

Hours:

36.75 hours per week.

Salary: £27,709.50 per annum (full‑time equivalent), plus pension and 6.6 weeks holiday.

Location:

B&Q Holywood Exchange.

Shift times range from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

• Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day, ensuring operations run smoothly.
• Deploy colleagues correctly to “make every customer count” throughout the shift.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe store environment at all times.

• Passionate about customers and committed to doing the right thing for them.
• Can think globally and not be constrained to specific areas of the store.
• Safety conscious with an eye for detail to spot compliance opportunities.
• Enthusiastic about interacting with colleagues and working in a team.
