The Neighbourhood Officer will act as a key interface with tenants, delivering a range of housing support services, helping to build sustainable communities, and ensuring the environments within and around our properties and estates are clean and safe.

We provide a range of services from sheltered housing for the over 55’s and general needs housing for families and single people, as well as specialist care and support facilities for the frail, elderly, people with dementia and learning disabilities and other complex needs.

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:
C) plus at least 1 years’ experience (within the last 3 years)
OR English and Maths GCSE (at a minimum of Grade
C) or equivalent and at least 2 years’ experience of working in a local community environment.
