Job Description

Provide non-medical home care services to older adults. Personal care services to clients that contract with Hibernian Home Care for services under the direction of the Supervisor and in compliance with the Plan of service.

Open door office policy, case manager support for all caregivers, competitive wages. Direct Deposit, Client matching with experience level.

Assist with Toileting, bathing, grooming, transfers, dressing, ambulatory, exercises feeding, and light housekeeping, Med reminder, cognitive activities, proficient in using gait belt as needed.

Abides by the agency’s infection control policies, including proper hand washing techniques consistent with CDC Guidelines.

Abides by all policies and procedures outlined in the agency’s Policy and Procedure Manual, Caregiver Handbook, and Caregiver Training Manual.
