• Retail team members are responsible for generating sales and providing customer service.
• Operate the cash register and perform a variety of operational activities as assigned by the store manager.

• Friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with customers and have a love for chocolate.
• Demonstrates a consumer- and product-centric mindset and a dedication to delivering great results for customers.
• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week to be eligible for benefits.

The base salary range for this position is $15 to $17.43 per hour
. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to base salary, a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits is offered.
