Role Overview :
Pedia Staff is seeking a skilled and passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our clinic, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families while enjoying a supportive and positive work environment.
Job Details:
Dates: ASAP start date, 6-9-month assignment
Hours:
10 a.m. to 6 p.m.Setting:
Clinic is a play-based environment, multidisciplinary
In-person only
Key Responsibilities:
Work with assigned Speech-Language Pathologist to regularly monitor and document a child's progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
Involve families in the therapy process, providing support, education, and guidance to extend therapeutic gains into daily routines.
Work closely with other therapists and professionals within the clinic and community to provide integrated care and interdisciplinary support
Collaborate with assigned Speech-Language Pathologist regarding treatment provision.
