Builders First Source - Homer AK Lumber - 3978 Lake St [Sales Associate / Team Member] As an Inside Counter Sales Associate at Builders First Source, you'll:
Provide customer service primarily to retail customers via walk-in, telephone, or email;
Assist customer inquiries on product selection, pricing, availability, and refunds/exchanges;
Actively engage in selling company products/services and related items;
Provide material estimates and quotes for small packages of stairs, decks, fences, sheds, etc;
Enter orders into computer system and schedule delivery of products;
Handle and resolve simple customer complaints.
