• Be the first point of contact for patients, referral sources, and visitors.
• Manage scheduling, intake, and administrative processes with accuracy.
• Handle insurance verification and payments with integrity.
• Manage and support clinic operations and coordinate with the care team.
• Create a welcoming environment that reflects PT Now's mission and values.
• Participate in weekly L10 meetings with staff.
• Attend all company and training events and communicate/roll out to staff.
• Track and report team time.

Salary: $20 - $23 per hour
