Superintendent for Multi-family, single family and Mixed used all in Homestead, FL area
Experienced Superintendent to coordinate and lead their field team. This is a great opportunity to lead projects with values ranging from multi-family, single family and mixed used.
If you can reliably deliver projects on time, on budget, and surpass client expectations, let's talk confidentially.
Qualifications- 5+ years proven track record in residential construction, experience in building quality single family production homes, Multi family and Mixed used projects.
- Guide and direct field employees, trade contractors, and suppliers.
- Assist trade contractors with tasks, when necessary.
- Conduct regular walk-through meetings with customers and Project Manager.
- · Coordinate punch list work to be completed by subcontractors.
- Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets
- Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
- Industry consistent work history
- Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high quality work and career advancement
