The Clinical Partner (CP) is a basic nursing skill provider who performs delegated tasks such as wound care, discontinuation of saline locks, and Foley catheter removal under RN supervision. CPs work closely with the assigned RN to deliver safe, patient‑centered care. Tasks that cannot be delegated to unlicensed assistive personnel include assessment and evaluation of patient response to interventions.

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; or certified, trained, or experienced in nursing support roles.

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – preferred

• Experience interpreting arrhythmias and/or cardiac telemetry
• CNA or LPN required; 2 years of experience preferred
• Prior work as a CNA or LPN in an acute‑care facility in Florida preferred

Salary Range: $17.27 – $22.45 per hour (based on experience)
