Clinical Partner 2 (CNA) – Float Pool – Homestead Hospital

Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $3,000. Full-time, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM shift. Estimated pay range: $17.27–$22.45 per hour, depending on experience.

The Clinical Partner II (CP) is a staff nursing position responsible for providing basic technical nursing care skills under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The CP works closely with the RN to deliver patient-centered care. Delegated tasks such as wound care, discontinuation of a saline lock, or Foley catheter removal are performed only after the RN has assessed competence and signed off the task.

The CP should perform a task only if competent and authorized.

• High School diploma or equivalent (certificate, GED, training, or experience may be accepted)
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
• Basic Life Support certification
• Certified Nursing Assistant
• State of Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or current LPN license in Florida
• Minimum 1 year experience as a CNA in an acute care setting
