Job Description Practice Description No Providers who worked for Envision within past 12 months and that live within 75 miles of the site No Providers who worked for this site or an affiliated site in the past 24 months No Providers that worked at this site or affiliated site that is within 75 miles of this site New Candidates that have never worked for Envision must live outside the 75 mile radius of this site Open need for CRNA
** NO CALL/ NO WEEKENDS
** Variety of Cases including:
General Surgery, ENT, Neuro, Vascular, GU, Gyn, OB, Ortho, Thoracic, Plastics, Peds. Majority Case Type:
