E.L. Blake Corporation is seeking a System Support Representative (SSR) to support U.S. Air Force mission planning operations at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Florida.

The SSR will maintain, troubleshoot, and support mission planning systems, software, and associated equipment to ensure operational readiness. This position provides direct technical support to military personnel during daily operations, training exercises, deployments, and contingency missions.

This position offers the opportunity to directly support U.S. Air Force mission readiness by maintaining the systems and technology essential to mission planning operations. The selected candidate will work in a mission-focused environment where technical expertise, problem-solving, and reliability make a direct impact.

• Provide on-site technical support for U.S. Air Force mission planning systems, including hardware, software, and associated equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize system downtime and maintain mission readiness.
• Install, configure, and maintain approved software updates, system configurations, and mission planning data.
• Work directly with military personnel to address technical needs and support operational requirements.
• Maintain system reliability, security compliance, and accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.

• S. Citizenship (no dual citizenship)
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance with current SAP/SAR access.
• CompTIA Security+ certification
• IT-related degree OR minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience
• Working knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, software installation, and system configuration.
• Ability to independently diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to support military personnel in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Previous experience supporting U.S. Air Force mission planning systems.
• Experience providing technical support within a DoD, military, or classified environment.
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity requirements and secure system operations.
• Experience managing mission planning software, map data, or related operational systems.
