• Competitive Compensation: $60,005.00 1st year annual compensation (hourly rate $23.55 plus applicable overtime), average 46‑hour work week.

• Learn the business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar or hospitality industry.
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
