The Pool Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (Pool DPC RN) is a licensed professional who demonstrates core competencies including assessment, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, planning, intervention, evaluation, flexibility, organizational skills, professional accountability, leadership and service. Provides patient-family centered care and utilizes evidence-based practice standards.

Estimated pay range for this position is $45.00 per hour, depending on shift as applicable.

• Degrees:
  Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing (RN).
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Pediatric Advanced Life Support; ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate;
  Neonatal Resuscitation Program;
  Basic Life Support;
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support;
  Registered Nurse.
• Additional Qualifications:
  
  RN must complete a preceptor class within twelve months of being deemed competent by department leadership for independent practice; expected to work minimum shift including weekend and holiday requirements as outlined in nursing staffing policy; may require ACLS/BLS/PALS/NRP or ONS-Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Card as per department standard.

  Several location-based BSN requirements apply to hires after certain dates per location policies.
