Is looking for

LPN/RN

To care for ill, injured, disabled and convalescent persons by rendering general nursing care.

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, including IV meds, if certified.
• Take temperature, pulse, blood pressure and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and determine progress of residents.
• Assemble and use such equipment as catheters, tracheotomy tubes and oxygen suppliers.
• Evaluate residents’ needs, condition and care and assist in developing nursing care plan for individual residents.

• Current Florida LPN or RN license.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Must possess good communications skills, both verbal and written in English. Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations.
• Basic math skills.

• Responsible, energetic, punctual, resourceful, very accurate and detail-oriented.
• Flexible as to work schedule. Must be available to work on weekends, holidays & in emergencies.
• Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently AND as a team member.
• Exhibit an enthusiastic and friendly personality that has aptitude for working with a variety of people.
