• 5+ years of operational leadership in concepts that have multiple revenue streams
• 3+ years of food & beverage management experience, including full‑service bar and kitchen oversight
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and team success
• Valid state alcohol‑server certification and Serv Safe Manager certification required
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak periods
• Experience with new restaurant openings preferred

• Comfortable interacting with guests, team members, vendors, and partners at all levels
