Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T3424) s role involves helping guests, delivering a strong guest experience, and contributing to visual merchandising and store operations on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signage, and knowledge of assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs; support replenishment and fulfillment as required.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set and maintain visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority and manual fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization and locate merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as stock moves to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with proper signage.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest services is returned to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while complying with applicable laws and store policies.
• Greet guests, engage when assistance is needed, and thank guests for shopping at Target.
• All other duties as required by business needs.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; resolve guest questions quickly; maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stay focused and manage multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; move merchandise up to 44 pounds with or without assistance; frequently lift or move up to 15 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions as applicable to roles such as Drive-Up and carryout.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
