We are seeking an Assistant Manager/Store Leader to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations and activities of the store.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team members
• Schedule Team Members and Shift Leaders to ensure optimal efficiency and control labor costs
• Train and evaluate Team Members
• Track and perform daily and weekly checklists
• Resolve escalated guest complaints
• Place orders and keep the store stocked at all times
• Communicate daily with the General Manager and ownership as needed
• Cover emergency shifts when required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant management (at least 3 years)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
