Additional compensation may be provided in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Front end checkout associates run our registers. They smile, greet and thank customers, ring up items, process payments, and keep a positive attitude. They are always ready to help with customer questions and needs, and may be required to stand for long periods of time.
