Base Pay Range

$15.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour.

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Maintain cleanliness of parking lot, restrooms, receiving area and other store areas.
