The Associate role at BEALLS OUTLET is a full-time, on-site position located in Homestead, FL. Associates support daily store operations by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering product assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include stocking and organizing merchandise, maintaining clean and orderly sales floors, fitting rooms, and checkout areas, and assisting with pricing, tagging, and merchandising displays. Associates operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, handle returns and exchanges in line with store policies, and help with opening and closing procedures.

The role also involves following loss prevention guidelines, adhering to safety standards, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet store performance goals.

• Ability to deliver courteous, attentive customer service and communicate clearly with shoppers and team members.
• Basic retail skills, including handling cash registers, processing payments, and managing transactions with accuracy.
• Organizational skills for stocking, rotating, and presenting merchandise in a neat and appealing manner.
• Reliability in following store procedures, loss prevention practices, and safety guidelines.
• Capability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
