$19.50 / Hour

Daytime – Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM;
Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the government facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas to deter unauthorized access and support a secure environment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities and any incidents that occur during the shift.
• Work collaboratively with local staff or law enforcement to address security-related concerns.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to potential threats or emergencies in accordance with site-specific protocols.

• Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment, subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
