At Midas we recognize that it's not your fault that the industry has changed. But, when Covid happened, it redirected guest count to places with payment plans. After all, do you pay for your Netflix monthly at $12 or do you pay $144 once per year? It's not your fault that you're not making the money that you and your family need.

And it's also not your fault that your employer did not adapt and find a way to overcome these new hurdles.

We saw the industry changing and didn't sit on our hands. It's time. Time to change. Time to do what's right. Time to say there is a better way. Together, let's make being a technician great again!

We are looking for automotive technicians/mechanics that are able to work independently of others, while also being able to work collaboratively at times with peers. We have a full-service facility and we are looking for automotive technicians to help us create an environment of success!

• When you have a shop that has a tablet based inspection (DVI), the customers trust what they are being told because they can see what you see. Having the pictures, videos and notes directly from you makes the explanation of needed repairs easy.

When you have a shop that offers payment plans to their customers , they are more willing to say YES to the repair today because money is tight for everyone, and being able to pay interest free over time means less "back it out they don't want anythings".

When you have a shop that takes the time to build the relationship with the customer, understand customers' timelines and is willing to offer drop off service and a Uber to their home/work. Then you make a happy customer that will return and also means that you have the time you need to make the safe repair without being rushed.
