We’re looking for a Market Manager—a business-minded, community-connected individual to help us operate and grow one (or more) of our suburban Birmingham markets. You’ll be the face of the brand, the builder of local relationships, and the leader responsible for revenue and identifying the information that makes great local journalism possible.
You’ll also be at the cutting edge of AI-enabled sales, hyperlocal content marketing, and B2B relationship-building, helping us refine tools and systems that enhance our ability to serve local businesses and tell the stories of the communities we serve.
This is not just a job — it’s a launchpad. We’re refining a model that enables the right person to assume new markets or leadership roles within the company. You’ll start by learning and executing within our proven system. Then you’ll help shape and expand it.
