Are you organized, friendly, and great at multitasking? We’re looking for a Front Desk Manager to join our team and keep our salon running smoothly on our busiest days!

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage the front desk: check-ins, check-outs, scheduling, and payments.
• Keep appointments running on time and coordinate with stylists.
• Assist with retail sales and promote add-on services.
• Maintain a clean, polished, and inviting front desk area.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
• Be the go-to problem solver to ensure a smooth guest experience.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident communicator.
• Reliable and punctual—our weekends are busy, and we need someone who thrives in the hustle!
• Previous front desk, hospitality, or salon experience preferred (but not required).
