We focus on high-quality service, beautiful styling, and a great customer experience. We’re looking for a passionate, friendly, and skilled hairstylist to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

As a Hairstylist at our Blow Dry Bar, you will be responsible for providing exceptional blowouts, updos, hair treatments and styling services. You’ll work with a team of beauty professionals in a creative, energetic space while building client relationships and helping each guest look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional blowouts, dry styling, and updos according to client preferences.

Recommend products and educate clients on at-home hair care.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station and salon environment.

Deliver exceptional customer service and foster repeat business.

Stay up-to-date on current styling trends and techniques.

Participate in salon meetings, trainings, and team-building activities.

Qualifications:

Valid Alabama cosmetology license.

Strong blow-drying and styling skills; updo experience a plus.

Passion for the beauty industry and staying on top of trends.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Weekend and evening availability required.
