Implementation Specialist; Non-Technical

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Implementation Specialist to join one of our client’s team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for onboarding new clients, customer interaction, configuring systems to meet their needs, and ensuring a smooth transition from sale to go-live.

ONSITE IN OFFICE - $43,000 - $53,000

• Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, including planning, configuration, testing, and training.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to ensure client requirements are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, providing clear communication and timely updates.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during the implementation phase.
• Document processes, client configurations, and feedback to support continuous improvement.

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or client success roles.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS, or SaaS tools).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
