The RN provides advanced patient care in a high-acuity unit with a lower nurse-to-patient ratio and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to stabilize conditions.
Qualifications include graduation from an approved nursing program, Alabama RN license (or NLC), BLS certification, and area-specific ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC as required.
