Lead Integration Technician

Our client, a growing technology integration company, is looking for a Lead Integration Technician to run installations from start to finish and guide the technicians on their crew. You'll turn commercial and residential system designs into reliable, easy-to-use setups, then walk clients through everything and is up and the team is growing, so this is a chance to step into a leadership seat where your craftsmanship and client skills are noticed.

$30–$40/hour, based on experience and qualifications

• Review designs and site conditions before work starts to catch issues early
• Lead and coach assigned technicians, setting daily priorities and keeping jobs on schedule
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot Control4 systems
• Install and commission audio/video, networking and WiFi, surveillance, alarm, lighting, shade, and conferencing systems
• Coordinate with builders, electricians, and other trades, and work with the design and sales team on field changes
• Confirm client preferences early and deliver a hands-on tutorial at project completion
• Document configurations, service notes, and project details so any teammate can support the system later

• 3+ years of hands-on technology integration experience, including direct client service
• Control4 programming, configuration, and troubleshooting proficiency
• Proven ability to independently lead installations and direct other technicians
• Working knowledge of AV, networking/WiFi, automation, video conferencing, surveillance/alarm, lighting/shade control, and streaming/smart home platforms
• Ability to read schematics, floor plans, and system designs, and to estimate time needed for installation tasks
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience in both commercial and residential installs (preferred)
• Certifications such as Control4, Lutron, Araknis, OvrC, or Uni Fi Access Control (preferred)
