Pay Rate: $1520 to $1600 Weekly Gross pay based on a 40-hour work week ( Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Hours;
Days, Typically, 8.00 am to 4.30 pm

• Physical Therapist Assistant
  
  Experience:
  
  1 year - Required
• PTA experience in LTC or Rehab setting:
  Required
• Prior Travel contracts experience –Highly preferred

• PTA License for State of TX or Compact - Required
• BLS Certifications from AHA
  - Required

• Implement components of patient care,obtain data related to the treatments provided, and collaborate with the PT tomodify care as necessary.
• Assist the physical therapist in the treatment of individuals
• Help patients stretch and exercise specific muscle groups
• Read instructions from Physical Therapist
• Work directly with Physical Therapist toassist patients
• Speak with families to find the best at-home techniques
• Keep the physical therapy area clean and organized
• Move patients from wheelchairs or walkersto the physical therapy area
• Complete administrative tasks, like scheduling appointments and filing paperwork
