• Execute various welding processes under the guidance of skilled welders
• Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, and fitting components together
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings related to welding projects
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace by following all safety protocols and guidelines
• Assist in performing quality checks on welds and assembled components
• Participate in regular training to develop welding skills and knowledge of equipment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of welding techniques and safety measures preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and understand technical documents
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
