• Assess and triage ED patients, initiating initial treatment plans and prioritizing care based on acuity.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide treatments within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient care and facilitate efficient patient flow.
• Document observations, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and safety considerations; coordinate transfers when needed.

• Active RN license required to practice in the United States (state-specific licensure generally applicable to this assignment).
• ER nursing experience preferred; strong ability to manage high-acuity, fast-paced situations.
