They work testing exotic materials for the Defence and Aerospace industries, conducting destructive and non-destructive testing.
Your role will involve the creation and testing of specimens, creation of certificates and basic report writing. This role is not your typical material testing position - you'll be working across a wide variety of interesting and unique materials and use a multitude of different techniques.
This role would suit an aspiring engineer with either an NVQ / BTEC in engineering or Maths / Science A-Levels, looking to join a business who will offer you flexibility and work life balance. The Role Creation and testing of material specimens. Writing of reports to feedback results of the tests. 40 hours a week with flexible start and finish times.
The Person Holds a BTEC / NVQ in engineering or Maths / Science A-Levels. Has an interest in materials.
