Role Overview
Honiton Minor Injury Unit (MIU) is a friendly nurse/paramedic led service, offering minor injury and illness urgent care to over 12,000 patients a year. Practitioners provide assessments, diagnosis and treatment to patients presenting. The post-holder will be a fully qualified Practitioner in Minor Injuries/Illness or Emergency Care, working autonomously at Honiton MIU as their base, as well as occasional shifts at our other urgent care facilities locally.
Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose and treat patients presenting to the MIU. li>Work autonomously at Honiton MIU and occasionally at other urgent care facilities.
- Fully qualified Practitioner in Minor Injuries/Illness or Emergency Care.
