About the role
We are looking for compassionate Registered Nurses to join our care home teams. You will provide person‑centred care in a nurse‑led environment, support residents and families, mentor colleagues, and act as a practice supervisor where required.
Key responsibilities- Deliver and lead nursing care for residents, ensuring high quality, safe and effective practice.
- Make complex clinical decisions, collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams and support residents at vulnerable times.
- Provide mentoring and share knowledge with colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students where appropriate.
- Advocate for residents, model professional behaviour and maintain a person‑centred approach.
- Recognise and safeguard against abuse, harm or neglect, report concerns, and complete safeguarding training.
- Support the use of digital care planning technology and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Valid NMC PIN (NQN also acceptable).
- Minimum 12 months of experience in health or social care.
- Understanding of NMC standards of practice.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.
- Ability to collaborate and act as a practice supervisor.
- Desire to contribute to digital care planning initiatives.
