We are happy to receive candidates who want full time or part time, there are no set hours, if someone can only really work 15hrs a week then that’s fine as long as we know or if they want full time 37.5 then again that’s fine. Our hope is that we can be a company where anyone can come and work without worrying about how many hours they can commit to.
Every member of the team has to work every other weekend but the shift depends on their contracted hours. So full time is all 3 or 4 corners of the weekend whereas someone on only 15 hours a week would be just one shift.
