Landscape Operative; Tractor Driver

We are looking for skilled & enthusiastic Tractor Drivers with GM/ Landscape experience in the South West to carry out important work on the Highways. You will need to have experience and be confident and qualified to drive agricultural vehicles. You will be responsible for hedge cutting and verge trimming on main roads across the region to maintain and transform outdoor spaces.

Working as part of a team under the supervision of a Team Leader, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

• Previous experience as a Tractor Driver in grounds maintenance/ landscape/ agricultural sectors.
• Ability to operate and manoeuvre mechanised hedge / verge cutter machinery & other equipment.
• General Grounds Maintenance machine work e.g. robot & ride on mowers, strimmers etc. beneficial
• Digging tickets beneficial
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
• A full valid UK driving licence is essential - (category
  
  B) is preferred (covering categories F (agricultural tractors) & K (mowing machines or pedestrian controlled vehicles).
• CSCS card is preferred but can be obtained prior to start if able to pass certification successfully (& subject to signing a training agreement), Disability Confident
