Paramount Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with a country gastro pub in the heart of Honiton, Devon. Our client are seeking an ambitious Head Chef to lead the brigade for a busy kitchen, with a fantastic reputation in the local area.

As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen, overseeing all kitchen operations, leading from the front, and ensuring the establishment sustains and grows its impressive reputation. You will be working in conjunction with other chefs in the kitchen, whilst looking at the strategy of the restaurant and working with senior management.

Head Chef responsibility to include;

• Create rotating seasonal menus and daily specials.
• Work closely with local suppliers, sourcing the best possible produce.
• Lead, mentor and grow a tight knit kitchen team, whilst ensuring a calm but efficient brigade.
• Manage stock control, ordering and kitchen labour costs.
